CHURCH NOTICE - 23RD SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME


1.  Today there will be a meeting of the Parish Council members soon after 10.15  am  Hindi mass.

2.  We have resumed our Catechism Classes. We request all the parents to send your children for the Catechism Classes regularly. Around 90 children have registered for catechism classes. Those who would like to sponsor refreshments for the catechism children kindly contact parish fathers or the help desk.

4.  8th of September Catholic Church in India celebrates Girl Child day. We will be celebration it of the 11th of September. The liturgy will be animated by the girls of this parish.

5.  Dear Friends, in view of celebrating the Nativity of our Blessed Mother on the 8th of September, We will have the novena to our Lady beginning from the 30  th of August (Tuesday). SCC units in the parish will organize the Rosary at the grotto at 6pm on all the days of Novena followed by the Holy Eucharist. The list of organizers is displayed on the Notice board.

6.  We have started the renovation of Our Cathedral.  We seek your prayerful support for the completion of the project. May I kindly request you to be generous in your contribution towards the renovation of the Cathedral.

7.  Priests will be available for confessions at DCC hall on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 6 pm to 7 pm.

8.  Tomorrow we celebrate teacher’s day and therefore today we honor all of our teachers in our parish.

9.  We are getting a new statue of Our Lady of Good Health(Velankanny Matha). The statue costs around Rs.20,000. If anyone would like to sponsor kindly do it so.

10.  We are getting three similar color vestments for the feast of the nativity of mother Mary. If anyone would like to sponsor kindly do it so.

11.  Today being the Sunday kindly bring your children for the novena and mass in the evening at 6pm.

12.  Next Sunday there will be a second collection for the seminary fund.
