1.   As the tradition goes, the month of October is dedicated to Our Lady. We pray Rosary everyday in front of the Grotto from the 1st of October at 06.00 pm followed by Mass at 06.30 pm. On Monday, the 31st of October, 2022, we conclude the month of Rosary. The celebration will begin at 5.45pm at the grotto with the praying of the rosary followed by procession and Solemn Eucharistic Celebration. We hope and pray that all of you will come in large numbers to express our love and gratitude to Mary our Mother and seek her powerful intercession for all our needs. 

2. We celebrate Mission Sunday on 23rd October, 2022. We pray for Missions and support Missions. Mission Sunday Calendars are available at Help Desk for Rs.10/- Kindly collect a calendar each for every family along with Mission Sunday envelopes. There will be food stalls on Mission Sunday at Sacred Heart Cathedral from 8.30 am to 1.00pm to raise funds for Missions. Kindly avoid breakfast at your homes only on this day and buy it here for this noble cause. 

3. Kindly note that from 1st November onwards, we switch over to the Winter Mass Timings. Kindly look at the Parish Website for the Mass Timings. 

4. As part of the library day celebration Diocesan Community Centre Library organizing an interparish quiz competition on 13th November 2022 at. 10.30 am. For the details kindly look at the notice board. 

5. The sacraments of First Communion and confirmation for our children will be on the 10th of December 2022. 

6. We have resumed our Catechism Classes. We request the parents to send your children for the Classes regularly. Those who would like to sponsor refreshments for the catechism children kindly contact parish fathers or the help desk. 

7. We have completed renovation work inside the church and resumed all services in the church. However outside work is still going on. We seek your prayerful support for the completion of the project. Kindly be generous in your contribution towards the renovation of the Cathedral.

8.  There will be an Orientation Programme for UPSC, Civil Services and other Competitive exams aspiratns on coming Tuesday, 25th  October, 2022 from 9.30 am to 12.30 am at Diocesan Community Centre Hall, Sacred Heart Cathedral, No.1, Ashok Place, New Delhi. Students studying in 9th Class and above are welcome to attend the same.
