CHURCH NOTICE - 21ST SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME - 27.08.2023
1. Today, as we celebrate Mother's Day, let us pray for our mothers while acknowledging their unwavering service and selfless dedication in nurturing the families.
2. Next Sunday there will be second collection for the seminary fund.
3. Today there is a meeting of nurses’ association at 11:30 am in the Maria Bhawan Basement.
4. All those who have not registered in the parish kindly do so and also update your church support fund regularly.
5. We request all the catechism children to come for 9.00 am English mass and thereafter attend catechism classes at St. Columba’s school. Parents kindly encourage your children to attend these classes regularly.
6. Those who would like to sponsor refreshments for the catechism children may kindly contact the Parish Help Desk.
7. The Catechism Children who would like to receive the First Holy Communion and the sacrament of Confirmation may kindly collect the forms and submit them along with your Baptism certificate in the parish office by the end of this month.
8. On 5th September we celebrate teacher’s day. We will be celebrating it in our parish on 3rd September by expressing our gratitude and honoring all the teachers.
9. From 30th August onwards we begin novena in preparation for the feast of Nativity of Our Blessed Mother which is celebrated on 8th of September. We will have Rosary at 6:15 pm, followed by Holy Mass and Novena. Rosary and Novena will be conducted by various BEC/SCC Units.
10. Under Fr. Luca Education Fund, we help students of our Parish who have financial difficulty in paying for school fees. Students who require financial aid may kindly take the forms available at the parish help desk and submit them by 3rd September.
11. On 17th September we celebrate our parish feast. Kindly collect the lunch coupons available for Rs. 50 at the parish help desk.
12. The YWMC of Delhi is offering various diploma courses, certificate courses and hobby courses. For more information kindly take the pamphlets available at the counter outside the church.
